Where can I get 2FA code for login?

After activating 2FA, you'll need to enter a 2FA code each time you log in.

To get the code, simply open the authenticator app you used to pair with ORO Bank. Find the ORO Bank code, copy it, and paste it into the ORO Bank app to complete your login.


If you accidently deleted the authenticator app

You just need to:

  • Download the same authenticator app you used to pair with your ORO Bank account.

  • Log in to the authenticator app using the same email you used before.

    • For example, if you used the email [email protected] to log in to the authenticator app where you added your ORO Bank account, make sure to log in with that same email.

The authenticator app will automatically sync all your added codes, and you should see the code for your ORO Bank account.

If you still don't see the code, please contact our Customer Support, and we will help you reset the 2FA. You will then need to re-activate 2FA on the ORO Bank app or website at app.oro.bank.
