What is Two-factor Authentication?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for your account, requiring a second form of verification after your initial sign-in. This ensures that even if someone gains access to your sign-in method, they won't be able to access your account without the 2FA code.

Why we require enable 2FA on your account?

Enabling 2FA enhances the security of your account by protecting it from unauthorized access. Even if someone gains access to your Google account or email, they won't be able to access your banking account without the 2FA code.

What if I don't activate 2FA?

While we understand that enabling 2FA might seem like an extra step, it's crucial for your security. Without activating 2FA, you won't be able to access our banking services, such as opening a full reserve account or making transfers. Your security is our top priority, and 2FA is essential to ensure that.

Can I disable 2FA after activating it?

Activating 2FA is required for all users to be able to use ORO Bank services. Therefore, you cannot disable 2FA once it is activated.
