What channels are available for customer support?

We offer several convenient channels for customer support:

  1. Chat Support:

    • On ORO Website: Look for the blue circle at the bottom right of the screen to start a chat. Initially, our AI chatbot will assist you, but you can request to chat with a customer support (CS) person at any time.

    • On our Mobile App: Go to Settings > Support > Chat with us. Similar to the website, our AI chatbot will initially assist you, with the option to connect with a human CS representative upon request.

  2. Email Support:

    • General Inquiries: For any ideas, questions or support needs, you can email us at [email protected].

    • Data Privacy Concerns: If your inquiry is related to data privacy, please reach out directly to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
