If your company's UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) or Shareholders have not received our verification email, you can easily resend it by following these three steps:
Step 1: Log in to ORO Bank via the website or app;
Step 2: You will see your verification status banner. Click on Check status
.
Step 3: In the UBOs or Shareholders section, click Go to verification
and then select Send by email
. A new verification email will then be sent to the email addresses of your UBOs and Shareholders that were provided during the verification process.
If you wanted to verify on their behalf, select Open verification link
to proceed.
