What should I do if I enter the wrong recipient details for an international transfer?

If you realize you've entered incorrect details after submitting the transfer, please contact ORO Bank support immediately.

  • If the transfer has not yet been processed, we may be able to stop or amend it, but this is not guaranteed.

  • If the transfer has already been processed with incorrect details, it may be significantly delayed, rejected (which could incur a return fee as mentioned in My international transfer failed), or in a worst-case scenario, credited to the wrong account. It's crucial to double-check all recipient information before confirming a transfer.
