Cancellation: There are no penalties for cancellation during the subscription period, which runs from December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2026.

Early Withdrawals: If you withdraw funds before the lock-in period ends on December 31, 2029, early withdrawal penalties will apply.

Post Lock-In Withdrawals: After the lock-in period ends on December 31, 2029, you can withdraw funds without any penalties.
