After the deactivation or closure of your account, direct access to your account information will no longer be available. However, if you require balance statements or any other documentation for purposes such as tax reporting, please follow the procedure outlined below:

Requesting Balance Statements or Other Documentation Post-Closure: Contact our customer support team for assistance in obtaining the required information.

Submitting a Refund Request: If there are remaining funds in your ORO bank account after closure, we will initiate the process to return these funds to your bank account following due diligence checks. You are encouraged to submit a refund request for the funds to be refunded to you.
