Opening an enterprise account usually requires at least one corporate document for a simple company structure, such as a Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Incorporation, etc. In addition, you will need to verify your own identity along with the identies of all ultimate beneficiary owners (UBOs), Directors, and Controllers with 25% ownership or more. A more complex company structure may require additional documentation and UBO verifications. For example, a company owned by another company will require more information and possibly documentation than a sole proprietership company structure.
