What should I do if my Fixed-Term Deposit (FTD) is stopped due to insufficient balance?
If your FTD is stopped or cancelled, you can easily reopen it by tapping the Reopen
button on the cancelled FTD card in your app.
This will create a new FTD with the same amount, term, and interest rate as before. The money will be deducted from your account immediately upon confirmation. Please make sure your source account has sufficient balance.
Can I change the amount, term, or other details when reopening my FTD?
No, reopening will use the same settings as your previous FTD. If you want to change any details, please create a new FTD instead.
What happens to my previous FTD if I don’t reopen?
Your previous FTD will stop deducting money but will continue to generate interest on the current principal until its maturity date.
Are there any fees or penalties for reopening my FTD?
No, there are no fees or penalties for reopening your FTD.
